VISITA L'ATELIER
La durata dell'incontro va dai 90 ai 120' e si svolge direttamente nel mio laboratorio-casa,
situata nella campagna toscana-fra Siena e Monteriggioni-vicino ad un bellissimo Castello.
Spiegherò personalmente ai partecipanti (5/6 persone) come nasce un gioiello fatto a mano,
mostrando l'utilizzo di attrezzi e attrezzature fondamentali, campioni dei semilavorati ottenuti
con diversi passaggi,e prodotto finito. Questo, oltre che a soddisfare la curiosità, li mette in grado da lì in avanti di fare acquisti
più consapevoli, visto che sapranno riconoscere il lavoro manuale, quello semi-manuale,
e quello industriale.
Alla fine della dimostrazione offro un aperitivo-spuntino a base di prodotti locali e del buon
vino del posto.

APERITIF AT MY WORKSHOP
It is possible to visit my studio-home between Siena and Monteriggioni, in the Tuscan countryside, near a beautiful castle.
To groups of up to six, I explain how an artist conceives and creates hand-made jewelry. I show the basic tools and equipment needed and how to use them. I show various articles in the course of production as well as finished objects. Besides satisfying curiosity, this raises awareness and discernment for jewelry and teaches how to recognize handcrafting and partial hand crafting from completely industrial products.
At the end of the demonstration I offer an aperitif-snack prepared with typical Tuscan ingredients and a good local wine.
